I am visiting my mom who lives near a strategic west coast air force (space command) base. She lives in a golf course community where the average age of the home owners has to be 65+. I grew up here and there have never been any young couples living in the area.

A couple moved in two houses down from my mom who are in their 30s and have a young child. One claims to be Ukrainian and the other German. They painted large weird symbol/designs on their semi private driveway that seem totally out of place and would be easily visible from satelite if someone was trying to communicate via satelite imagery. I haven't seen them on this trip and my mom rarely sees them.

Does this seem weird to anyone else or have I just been watching too much of The Americans? If this is enough to constitute suspicious activity, who should I report it to?
