My daughter played on a high-level OC Batbusters team after her surgery. She previously had played for a local team with all of her friends but was only getting D2/D3/NAIA looks. Once she had the Batbusters uniform, she got more D1 attention (nowhere she really wanted to go though). Same kid, same skills...the team name was just something that got her to the top of the coaches list. Oh and make sure you have a highlight/skills video. I haven’t taken hers down, and it still gets the occasional views. Funny thing was that her favorite offer was from SVU. They wanted her to play 3 sports (2nd base, point guard, midfielder).

Unfortunately, she committed to BYU-H, then decided to call it quits before enrolling. She was just burned out. I figure we wasted at least $30k on softball from 2011 - 2016. Good times.
