Probably Trolltunga in Norway, among other Norwegian sights ...
It was a miserable hike, but offers a spectacular view. Google "Trolltunga" to see what I mean. We also hiked to Pulpit's Rock, which is the real-life cliff where they filmed the climactic scene in the last Mission Impossible movie.

One of my favorite parts of Norway, however, was biking down a valley into the town of Flam, which is at the base of fjord. It was very lush and green, with lots of waterfalls. Once we reached the town, we found a hotel right on the water, and ordered lunch at their restaurant. They had an outdoor seating area. Eating my reindeer patties there was the most scenic lunch I've ever had.
