These are pretty close. Some of the earlier Avias with the cantilevered sole. I loved the padding, the high tops and the sole gave good bounce/shock protection from when I had a vertical of more than 9".


Prior to those Avias, it would have to be the sticky-soled Chuck Taylor's:
