I know healthy 41 year olds that look a lot worse than him, age-wise. Everyone does. 

Yes, meth could've aged him some, but I'm not seeing the definitive proof in that picture alone. I have certainly seen some scary meth mug shots, but I wouldn't call that one of them. Not by a long shot.
