Winning the combine is completely different than game quickness. He routinely
had guys blow past him last season that he was guarding; he was routinely late rotating after a screen (which is a huge component of K's defensive scheme). He may be a freak athlete, but that doesn't mean he'll be a great defender.

Obviously the Jazz brass do what they do for a living and I don't. Maybe he will be a TOTALLY different pro than he was in college. Clearly they think he will. I struggle to think that if he had a hard time defending in college that he will be able to flip a switch. Defensively the parallel I draw is along the lines of one of BYU's favorites from the past decade who never really HAD to defend much in college. In Grayson's case, he had a plethora of bigs to rely on at Duke. Who knows if that athleticism will translate from great combine #s to actual beneficial game play.
