Anyone that played HS ball and is less than 40 wouldn’t strike out all 9 times.
If you’re goal is to simply not strike out and that’s all you have to worry about, quite a few former HS players could choke up on the bat, shorten their swing dramatically and almost do a swinging bunt in order to put the ball in play. I’m confident if you pick the pitcher AND you played in HS AND you’re less than 40-45, you could find a way in 9 at bats to at least put the ball in fair territory at least once, if not a couple times. The goal isn’t to get a hit. So you don’t have to swing full speed or swing hard like most normal players would do in a live game.
