Dutch league is terrible. Not even a top 10 league in Europe. 2nd tier is only France, Portugal, Russia.

Yes. Celtic is probably better than any MLS team, but everyone else is way below MLS.

Yes, except the Bundesliga generally isn't the best. They fluctuate but La Liga
