Sounds like they lose all benefits save that required by.obamacare

No pension, no 401k match, no paid vacations, just basic dental/health.

Sounds like customer service is going to "rock". Too bad my rural hospital is IHC and I have no choice..

Everyone I talked to that works there hates it now. Contrast with 10-15 years ago and they were the shining star of the state.
