I sincerely hope the attention is on smaller FBS schools like this (although,
my guess is that you have to offer a lot of money or a big position bump to get someone to leave their region so drastically. That's why I would look at the same success at the FCS level (probably laid a lot less than they would be at BYU and FCS to FBS is worth the jump.
Definitely worth reaching out to these guys though.
