I’m not sure I would call the offense we ran with Hoge a true “pro style”
offense — Ty has made tweaks each week based on who is under center and it has gone more and more to simple, shotgun, spread-based concepts given Hoge’s running ability and Mangum’s lack of mobility.

Bingo. And guys are open, so the scheme.should work. There is clearly a disconnect where something isn't getting done

HE has adapted many games in a row now. And it looked great with great QB play for 1.5 quarters vs. USU

It may be that Tanner isn't picking up the offfense, but let's take a look at Taysom's stats last year.
