He was not 100% physically (out of shape/recovering/both). He wasn't hitting receivers in stride. He seemed to be a much worse QB than he was w/Anae, and was playing worse than Mangum had played the year prior.

Turns out I was wrong, as were many others - Hill was the better QB last year. But we weren't irrational for thinking otherwise last year, after what we were seeing on the field.
