Utah County as a whole is fine, though not great.

Provo? Pretty bad. Jdawgs is good, slab is fine but not great (I'd prefer a pizza place that does simple pizza really well to one that does weird pizzas well enough), black sheep and communal are really not that good and are over priced, chom is not good, gurus is pretty bad (except for their sweet potato fries), el gallo giro is good, no good Asian food except for a pho place, no good Mexican except el gallo giro and mexal isn't horrible.

Outside of Provo you've got chubbys, bam bams, five star, moochies, etc. Utah County on the whole is ok (I wouldn't say great), but Provo is bad.
