(NOT a prediction, just dreaming out loud!!)

2017
-BYU starts the season with a blowout win over Portland. The receivers make a bunch of grabs we were so used to Mitch Matthews making on 50/50 balls that Tanner loves to throw up. Its a good start to the season and most important, nobody got injured
-Second game vs LSU, BYU comes out fast and puts up 14 quick points on an LSU defense that underestimated our passing game. BYU only scores a touchdown and a field goal the rest of the game but the defense comes up huge. After the upset BYU cracks the top 25 at #21.
-Utah comes to town and their offense gets steamrolled by our defense. The losses at safety and corner for Utah are too much to overcome and we pick apart their secondary and come out with a 10 point win. The win over the Utes bring us up to #14 in the rankings.
-Wisconsin comes in ranked #5 in the country. For lack of bigger games that week, College Gameday comes to Provo for the first time in years. Desmond and Herbstreit jump on the BYUY bandwagon and pick BYU. BYU comes out firing again and use Trinnamans speed to score a pair of quick touchdowns. Our defensive line controls the line of scrimmage against the HUGE badger O-Line. Eventually the game comes down to overtime and our defensive line comes up huge and forces a fieldgoal. BYU scores on their first play and the fans rush the field. College football Live leads with the graphic "BYU has arrived" and talks about a legitimate run to the playoffs.
-Ranked #8 BYU gets a pair of big time commits in Tanner Mckee and Penei Sewell just before rolling in to Ogden and securing the Wagon Wheel in humiliating fashion in a 40 point Victory.
-The last 2 challenging games come up next against Boise and Mississippi State. BYU takes care of business and secures the #3 ranking in the nation.
-Over the next 6 games BYU doesn't come within 20 points of losing game. LSU after losing to BYU to start the Season goes undefeated and is ranked one spot behind the cougars, Eliminating the "Who have they played" argument.
-On selection night BYU is picked as the 4 seed against an undefeated Florida State team that beat Alabama earlier in the season. Luckily FSU's starting QB got hurt in the final week of the season and BYU is able to pick up the victory.
-Even in my dreams I don't think BYU wins the national championship this year but they put on a show and come up just short in the championship game VS USC.


-With the Payout for making the BYU is able to pay the coaches a bit more to keep them from leaving, put in Video boards 1ft bigger that Utahs on both sides of the stadium(our boards are fine but I hate how Utahs is bigger haha) and pay for a massive recruiting blitz. BYU ends up getting Merlin Roberson, Cameron Latu, Tommi Togiai, Dinklemann, and every one of the East high kids. They are a top 15 class in the nation and have a HUGE press conference at Ruth's Chris, forget about iggys.
-Tanner looks around him and sees that almost everyone is back for his senior year except a couple lineman and decides to give it one more go.

-2018 BYU starts out as the 6th team in the country and lights up Arizona for 50 points.
- The rest of season BYU gets wins against UW, UW, Cal, and finishes off an undefeated regular season against Utah.
-BYU has been ranked #1 since their week 3 win against Wisconsin and rolls into the playoff as the #1 seed.
-After a first round win over Michigan, BYU wins their first championship in 34 years over Alabama.

-With trophy in hand, Kalani and co. walk into the homes of the biggest recruits in the nation and pull in the #4 class in the nation.
-BYU is looked at as a power house program again and has the recruiting power to reload year after year.
-The Pac-12, B1G and Big-12 all invite BYU but with a roster loaded for a few more title runs, BYU declines, preferring to keep all of the money for themselves. BYU is the top earning program in the nation at over $100 million each year as it does not have to share the pie with anyone.

-Over the next 10 years BYU wins 1 more title, and make the playoff 4 times. Tanner McKee becomes BYU's second Heisman Trophy winner and gets drafted #1 overall.
-BYU becomes the biggest powerhouse in college football and sells out every seat in out 100,000 capacity stadium.

Easy right? just win every game and look what will happen!
