I agree that he played about as well as safety last year as Hannemann did at CB
two years ago. And while I have high hopes as I would guess just about every Cougar fan does that Ah You pans out, the issue I see isn't so much with the raw talent of the incoming (hopeful) stars. But the learning curve that even the best of the best most often face coming from HS to College. Just like T. Warner did early on (between the injuries), and Lake getting burned quite a bit even though he was on roster red shirted for a year. Both those guys came a long way, and are likely one of the best set of CBs we've had on roster at the same time. But both struggled early in the season while they got their feet wet with actual game time. You just can't imitate that type of atmosphere in practice.

The RBs are just a deeper group this year than Safety, and even if you want an extra guy or two to play both sides. It seems to make more sense to use Bernard who has experience already, and did well, and use him like Langi was used.
