I have inherited a Harvard Student that was a really

nice guy, but incompetent. Tried hard. Eventually had to fire him. I worked with an AFA grad with double masters degrees - one from Cal Berkeley. Brilliant, but so impractical, that they promoted me to take on his projects in addition to mine and manage a non P5 hireally to finish them. Every university has duds.
