Utah is the place offensive coordinators, and QB's, go to die. They could hire chip Kelly and his offense would stink there. They could hire Art Briles and his offense would stink there. They've hired some fairly decent, previously decent I guess, coordinators before and they've all failed. I really don't think it matters who they hire, he'll fail, and get fired or demoted.
