I used to work at the Lion House bakery.
They make an oatmeal, chocolate chip, coconut cookie, that is easily the best cookie I have ever had. And I don't usually like coconut.
I also made thousands of snickerdoodle cookies while a worked there, and no longer have any desire to ever eat one again. Not sure why. I made tens of thousands of rolls, but have no issues with those.
