It doesn't have a ton to do with "pot legislation". The economy is doing very well and a lot of people want
to live there and have the CO lifestyle.
U.S. news recently ranked Denver the #1 place to live in the U.S. It's a really nice city with urban life and great mountains nearby. A lot of large companies have been growing their Denver locations or moving their headquarters there as well.
