Regards to the HCO punishing someone based on an allegation with no evidence or admission is a pretty fair thing to expect perfection on---even if it were only 1 or 2 it wouldn't be so bad.... But I've heard more than that.

No one is expecting perfection in every aspect of every ruling..... But there are some obvious things that are so ridiculous that should never happen. Random phone calls of allegations that can't be corroborated or proven when the accused denies is one of them.
