Basically the summary he gave me - a medical school at BYU within 15-20 years? Probably not. But "never" is not something anyone should be throwing around, and he could see many good justifications for BYU having a medical school, one of them being to provide physicians to help underserved parts of the world (and the Church). He said LDS physicians work with Doctors Without Borders in fairly large numbers and that BYU, should it establish a medical school, would likely become a major institution with a very strong International Medicine program in particular.
