Statistically, I don't think the "red zone" critique holds much water most years
under Anae.

I think this critique is an expression of the fact that our offense does not typically generate many big plays, forcing us to execute long drives to put the ball in the endzone. This of course opens us up to the potential of one mistake here or there getting us behind the chains and derailing the drive, which we've seen.
