Does Barq's root beer contain caffeine if it's purchased from the fountain

outside of Utah? I know caffeine is listed as an ingredient on Barq's cans and bottles, but I was in a gas station today that had one of those all-in-one Coke Freestyle fountains. It advertised Barq's root beer as one of their caffeine free choices. Anyone know?

There have been both caffeine-free and fully-leaded can and bottle versions

When bottled in SLC Barq's is caffeine free.
