As long as Hollywood is re-making every movie ever made, here's one suggestion:
The Shining.
The Kubrick movie was good, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't true to the book and it should have been. They should make a new version that's true to the book. And now they can make a sequel (Doctor Sleep). Who's with me?!
By the way, if you haven't ever read The Shining, you should. It is freaky and awesome.
