Well, Delta doesn't stack their departures back to back like SWA does, which

explains why they have to charge through the nose for you to bring your bags with you. They build in extra time so they can say how frequently they're on time. You know what they say about statistics...

In any event, my experience with SWA is that their boarding process is more orderly and pleasant than my last several experiences on Delta and the others, but, to each his own.
