Most locations are quite family friendly. For example, the Wolf Creek location
has a pool, hot tubs, racquetball courts, game rooms, tennis courts, basketball, and volleyball nets.
There are washers and dryers in the units and a kitchen fully stocked with most of what you need.

So, with Worldmark, do you not own your own unit? You own points in all units?

You said $700/year maintenance ... are there other fees when you stay?
runnincoug

one other question: Do they penalize you if you are 1 person over?

You would have to sneak the person in if you have too many in a room.

Are you looking to rent a timeshare property for 1 time or buy a timeshare?
