and also hit both extra point attempts. So that was promising, although that's only one data point. I have no idea how they have done throughout fall camp. But based on that scrimmage, I'm optimistic that place kicking will be at least ok this year. I'm not sure how many FGs we will attempt outside the 25 yard line this year, though.
And Samson had a hard time getting his kick offs into the end zone at that scrimmage (Bingham was worse). Someone said the other kicker (the walk on from Oregon St.) has a stronger leg, so maybe he'll handle kick offs. Otherwise we won't see many touch backs this year.
