BYU generally overachieves based on the talent it recruits. Those who want to criticize Bronco and the coaching staff, that's your legit criticism. It's not the X's and O's, it's the Jimmies and Joes. BYU isn't going to routinely beat the big boys until it's recruiting on par with the big boys.

The question becomes, how do you do that? You probably never really do. BUT...the past recruiting year was a pretty good shift in paradigm. I like what Martzen is doing and I think it's about all you can ask for when recruiting to such a unique school.
