One of my favorite Jamaal Williams Highlights was the entire 2012 Georgia Tech game and the interviews that followed which really showed what an incredible player and person Jamaal Williams is. This was when I realized what an incredible talent we had in Williams. Check it out below.
As a fan I'm sure we all have amazing and ripping memories--that's part of being a fan. That's an incredible part of being a fan. We love this sport/team/school so much that we have a limitless variety of emotional connections associated with it. From love, to hate, to mind blowing ecstasy, and everything between. This is something we (I at least) find in few other aspects of our lives and I embrace it whole heartedly. When Jamaal missed that catch my heart broke. When George rumbled into the end zone in overtime I shouted for Joy as premortal spirits in Job. I'm sure this emotional experience/connection is what brought many of us to love BYU sports and the one great Cougarboard.
If you can only handle/enjoy positive memories I mourn for you; perhaps you should become a fair weather, band wagon fan of another team that changes with the seasons. I for one will keep my cougar memories, great, bad, or in-between. And when I remember the bad memories it will only remind me of how sweet my favorite Cougar memories truly are.
