I know that Bronco didn't come up with it (shorter practice) on his own. I heard that Oregon had also shortened practice time under Chip Kelly. And I had heard it other places too (I'll get to Googling it to see if I can find any quotes). I'm a Bronco fan that knows he's far from a perfect coach, but I'll take him at his word if he thinks the team can be more effective if practice time is shorter and more efficient. I'm no expert.
