Do you hate John Calipari because you believe he is slimy?

Is John Calipari slimy because the NCAA found that one of his UMass players received impermissible benefits from an agent and that one of his Memphis players cheated on a college entrance exam? These are matters in which John Calipari had no involvement; in each, he was cleared by the NCAA following an investigation.

Do you think it is slimy to have extramarital sex with a strange woman on the floor of an Italian restaurant called Porcini's? That is something Rick Pitino PERSONALLY did. Do you think it is slimy to pay said woman $3000 to abort the baby she claims to be carrying as a result of said floor romp in said Porcini's? That is something Rick Pitino PERSONALLY did.

Heck, do you revere Bob Knight, who slapped, choked, and whipped his players with belts in private and threw a chair on the court during a game? Bob Knight physically abused his players throughout his coaching career and now makes a mockery of college basketball color analysis. But you hate John Calipari more?

Are there any other reasons you hate John Calipari? We all know that you can tell the true nature of a person by what they do when they think no one is watching. John Edwards and his campaign videographer. Rick Santorum and his charitable contributions. Mitt Romney and always rescuing people (the overdosed girl in NYC and the family drowning on the lake in New Hampshire) and removing hornet's nests from people's second story swamp coolers. Is John Calipari slimy because he is nice to people even when no one else is around? What a shyster.

Everybody think about why you hate Kentucky. I see all your posts about my school and my coach all the time and i really don't get it. Why is it? What did Kentucky do to you? You and Kentucky aren't that different. You wear blue. Your mascot is a cat. Your most hated rival is a little brother school that wears red and your campuses are about an hour apart. You both have self-imposed limitations that let the little brother compete. BYU has the honor code. UK actually takes money from the athletic department income to fund non-athletic programs (like building dorms, I think). Hence, the perennially bad football teams at Kentucky.

As far as I am aware, BYU and Kentucky have never played in football or basketball. But Kentucky helped you out once.

Do you remember 1998? Kentucky beat Utah in the NCAA basketball championship game that year. You guys should appreciate Kentucky for that. In 1998, I was in high school in Lexington. Our seminary teacher was a Utah graduate. He was going to dental school at UK. When Kentucky won, my sister and I arranged with the bishop to get the keys to the church building. We went in early and decked the room in blue and white. Then we went outside to wait. Our target arrived and entered the building. We got his car. We didn't decorate it blue and white. We decorated it red everywhere. We wanted him to be mercilessly ridiculed by his classmates and passersby. Later his wife told us he came home and immediately washed the stuff off of his car.

BYU had the chance to return the favor in the 2001 Liberty Bowl but it didn't work out.
