We've all had Sparkle Punch at BYU events over the years. Jenny Stanger has taken the mystery out of it. Try her bubbly recipe.

Sparkle Punch
Serves 6
1 pound strawberries, washed, cut in half
1 cups cold water, plus more if necessary
cup lemon juice
cup sugar
1 cup lemon-lime or club soda
fresh mint, optional
Blend strawberries, water, lemon juice and sugar in blender. Add lemon-lime soda and more water, if necessary, to taste. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
