Dell has been including a disk to reinstall the OS as a fresh install

for years now. Possibly since 2000. I have lots of old Dell disks that have only the OS on them. Recently they've stopped including them by default (you have to give them an extra $2 for the disk) and they put a restore partition on the computer with all the bloatware on it.
