And most of the things you said are the reasons I don't think it'll happen.
They'd need at least 4 most western teams to have "western division"... with BYU and TCU being the other two. Either that, or 3-4 big east teams would get screwed and have ludicrous travel costs to come out to Fort Worth and provo.
