actually, I know a good place to park
but it is kind of hard to explain.
It is across the street from the Halocaust museum, it is parking for paddle boat rides in the summer next to the patomac river tidal basin (cherry blossoms and jefferson Memorial). There is always parking and it is amazingly close to the mall.
