Currently have access for just yourself. $75K allows 2 guests for free.

Not sure, I know my Chase card has Priority Pass and it includes myself and 2 guests from day 1.

Priority Pass is included on the Amex Bus Plat as well.

You can add an authorized user for $195 and then they also get access.
