They just lost 4 straight without him in the lineup. I'm just saying that an individual's +/- doesn't tell you all that much by itself. I posted quickly above and didn't explain my thoughts very well.
I just can't believe it's controversial to say the team might be better off playing Demin less, or at least not starting him. He takes the third-most threes on the team despite shooting 27%. His assist-to-turnover ratio is 1.79--and that number is even worse if you only look at conference games. Those are terrible numbers for your starting point guard. By comparison, Hall is shooting 37% from three, and has a 2.5 assist-to-turnover ratio.
