Usually the B1G gets their top 8 finishers in conference tournament in. Often 5+ weight classes will have to wrestle out to 10th or 12th place at the B1G championships as they get 9-12 bids in a weight class.

But by not leaving out any conf tournament champ it certainly lessens the complaints.
