Get in the union, in So Cal the training was/is 5 years one or two
Nights a week.
It was a great program and after their completion they were poached by non union.

This is false. Most tradesman are not making more than college degrees. The business owners, yes. But too many on here

i went through the union for a bit in NC and would assume it’s similar in utah.
