My BIL returns long term used items to Costco.
Just brought home a new vacuum cleaner returning his older model that he used for 3 years. Previously returned a mattress they used for 9 years.
I don't get it. Feels dishonest.

I'm fascinated by the serial returners at Costco. In all our years we've returned fewer than 10 things.

I returned a few things to Target today and saw probably 60-70 pairs of clearly wrinkled and worn pajamas in the already

My wife's best friend is basically banned from Nordstrom for abusing their return policy. That's hard to do.

I always buy a New Years shirt at the end of the year then return it January 2nd. They’ll never know that I wore it.
