Several Junior Colleges
In some states if you hit certain GPA targets you are guaranteed acceptance at one of the instate schools. I think that could work well within the BYU system.
I’d probably start in Mesa/Gilbert.
I think a lot of people would be better off going to community college and working before attending a 4-year anyway.
