obvious thing that she was going to transfer.
Auburn is not as good as BYU at volleyball, so maybe she'll get more playing time there but still be playing in one of the best conferences. so seems like a smart move for her if more playing time is what she is after. Auburn didn't make the NCAA tournament but was a top 60 team despite having about a .500 record for the season. SEC is good at volleyball.
I feel bad for her if she actually blew an entire year of eligibility this season for playing in just a match or two before she quit on the team. I wish they would have some type of a football rule where just a game or two doesn't count against eligibility, but I don't think that is the rule currently. Although perhaps if she would sue then she could get the year back: seems like everyone wins their lawsuit against the NCAA nowadays.
