Not the worst take he’s had. If you can afford to self insure, you can save a
lot of money. The problem is if there is an catastrophic accident or illness, it can bankrupt you.

I was a little shocked that he had white rice on his plate instead of brown rice on his recent dinner pic.

White is fine as filler but it's still more processed. Brown rice is considered whole grain with more nutritional value.
