Brains are hard to give clear answers on, unfortunately.

There is so much we don't understand with brains yet, but, statistically speaking the odds are in her favor. Most people experience full or near full recovery of their memories, but that doesn't necessarily make it any easier in the moment, or the thought that she is the exception any less scary. I'm very sorry to hear you all are going through this.
