fact that he was ranked quite a bit higher than Zach as a recruit is crazy and not at all accurate.
Still he has some tools for sure.
I have seen enough of his tape from his freshman season and Zach was so much further ahead.
I also know there were issues with the team. He came across as an entitled spoiled brat. Probably a small piece of that is having a brother who is in the NFL and played for your rival.
Don't get me wrong I will cheer for him if he comes to BYU like I cheer for all Cougars. I just don't know that he is an upgrade from Hillstead/Lugo/other young QBs that we have. If you do get him I think that puts even more pressure on him to perform and the staff to play him.
I would rather go a different route, but we will see what happens.
