Customers need to start flipping the script. Like asking for a discount for being a good customer, etc.

As mentioned before, imagine showing your phone to the cashier and asking them to select a discount for how well you behaved as a customer by making the order easy, etc.

I'm not talking about sit down restaurants, where I'll gladly pay a good tip depending on service.
