Hasn't been good enough? He took a 1-11 team to a bowl game in 2 years.

They are on track to win 9 games in the regular season. Colorado isn't exactly a school with a recent history of success. They were 69-136 in the 18 years before he arrived. That's a winning percentage of 0.332. How is that not an incredibly impressive turn around?
