being a coach at BYU is about as stable as it gets. They are not quick to fire, the money is pretty good for Hill right now, and they're having success. USU is the complete opposite: unstable, a huge rebuild job, not great money (comparably) for the increased level of stress and responsibility. Unless being The Guy, and rebuilding a struggling program is what he wants.
