Seems if he were getting these "factually true" offers, news would leak at some point and there would be rumors, if not only for the fact he could leverage those for salary purposes — a very common tactic among his ute coaching family.
As to him staying, I understand why he would. He knows that KS doesn't hold his buddy coaches accountable, thus zero pressure and an extra day off per week vs. other programs. As long as he's not catastrophically bad like Tuiaki, which would draw outsized attention, he'll keep his comfortable gig.
