Kansas loss looks less bad considering it will finish bowl eligible and had 3 straight ranked wins
If we beat Houston they will place BYU around 13 or 14 just behind ASU or ISU. A CCG win would leap frog BYU over Boise.
If SMU wins the ACC or makes the playoff that is likely a top 10 win. Boise doesn’t have a win like that and if Ohio State curb stomps Oregon in Indianapolis, which it will, that Oregon loss won’t look so good.
